What is the IBS Freedom Program?

Hello! I’m Jessie and I’m the creator of the IBS Freedom Course! I’m a Monash University Certified FODMAP Dietitian & licensed dietitian with years of experience in helping people with IBS.
Having first-hand experience of IBS in our family, I understand the daily struggles of living with IBS & the frustration when no one seems to have the answer.
